vSeeBox East is a small American team, and we sell exactly three things: the V6 Pro, the V6 Max and the V6 Plus.
We started because of a pattern we kept noticing. People — often retired, often not especially interested in technology — were paying a cable bill that climbed every year, for a box they didn't own and channels they never watched. The alternatives were either complicated to set up or came with another subscription attached.
A vSeeBox is the opposite of that. You buy it once. It plugs into a TV you already own, it runs the apps you already use, and nothing renews on your card afterward.
We're an authorized vSeeBox reseller, so the box you get is genuine — not one of the look-alikes sold by sites with no warranty and nobody to call.
Every box carries a one-year hardware warranty, and we've written down exactly what that means instead of leaving it vague. If it fails in the first six months, we send you a replacement unit. From six to twelve months, we repair it and ship it back to you. If it arrives defective, we cover shipping both ways.
