Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse in Ontario, California.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping: $8 for orders under $70.
• Free Standard Shipping: Available on U.S. orders of $70 or more.

The shipping method and final shipping cost will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: typically 3–5 business days after shipment.
• Express Shipping: typically 2–4 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow the delivery status of your package.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@vseeboxeast.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@vseeboxeast.com with your order number and details of the issue.

We will review the shipment and work with you on the appropriate resolution.

Returns

Please do not send returns directly to our fulfillment warehouse without contacting us first.

To request a return, email support@vseeboxeast.com. If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.
