Free U.S. Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Delivery Time

After processing, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is usually 4–7 business days.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of a wrong address, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email support@vseeboxeast.com right away and we'll make it right.
