Refund & Return Policy
Our promise. We want you and your family to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read this policy carefully — TV streaming devices have some special rules because of the digital content they provide.
30-Day Returns on Unopened Items
If you change your mind, you may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is:
- Unused and unopened, in its original sealed packaging
- In the same condition you received it
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or receipt)
To start a return, email us at support@vseeboxeast.com with your order number. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.
Opened Devices
Because our products give access to digital channels and content, opened or activated devices cannot be returned for a refund for change-of-mind reasons. However, opened devices are still fully covered against defects by our 1-Year Warranty. If your device is defective, we will repair or replace it.
Return Shipping
- If your item is defective or arrived damaged, we cover the cost of return shipping and the replacement.
- If you are returning an unopened item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Opened or activated devices (except for warranty defects)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (change-of-mind)
- Items not in their original condition, damaged by misuse, or missing parts
- Gift cards or promotional items
