Warranty Policy
1-Year Hardware Warranty
Every device we sell is backed by a 1-year hardware warranty from the date of delivery. If your device develops a hardware fault during normal use within that year, we will help you fix it at no cost to you.
What's Covered
Defects in the device's hardware under normal use — for example, the unit will not power on, will not output video, or stops working through no fault of your own.
What's Not Covered
- Accidental damage, drops, liquid damage, or misuse
- Damage from power surges or using non-approved accessories
- Normal wear of accessories
- Issues caused by the customer's internet connection or TV
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email support@vseeboxeast.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
- Our team will first try to solve it with simple steps — this often fixes the issue quickly. Common fixes include a software/firmware update, swapping the HDMI cable or power adapter, or resetting the device to factory settings.
- If the problem cannot be solved remotely and the hardware is confirmed defective, we will arrange a repair or replacement:
- Within the first 6 months: we provide a free replacement unit.
- From 6 to 12 months: we repair the unit and return it to you.
Warranty Shipping
- If your device arrives defective (within the first 30 days), we cover shipping both ways.
- For later warranty claims, you ship the device to our service center, and we cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement unit back to you.
You will need your proof of purchase to make a warranty claim.
