If a vSeeBox does not behave as expected during setup, start with the simplest connection checks.
No picture on the TV
- Confirm the device has power.
- Reconnect the HDMI cable at both ends.
- Select the HDMI input that matches the TV port you used.
- If available, test another HDMI input or compatible HDMI cable.
Remote not responding
Install two AAA batteries and confirm their direction. If the remote still does not respond, restart the device and follow any pairing instructions shown on screen.
Wi-Fi connection problem
Confirm the Wi-Fi password and test the same network with another device. Restarting the router can help with temporary network issues. Where appropriate, a wired Ethernet connection can also be tested.
Playback pauses or buffers
Playback can be affected by internet speed, Wi-Fi signal, network congestion, the app, and the content provider. Test another app or device to help identify whether the issue is local to the box or the network/service.

Restarting several devices and changing multiple settings at once can make the cause harder to identify. Begin with power and the selected HDMI input, then check the HDMI cable, network connection, remote batteries, and the individual app. Test the box after each change and note what happens.

- The exact message shown on the television
- Whether the issue affects every app or only one
- The steps you already tried
A clear photo of the TV screen can also help. Do not send your Wi-Fi password or payment information. For account or content questions inside a third-party app, contact that service provider because its availability and account rules are controlled separately.
